We specialize in the installation DEQ & EPA certified products, and we proudly service and repair all brands. For service we have up front pricing on gas, pellet, and wood service calls.
Service includes:
- Safety inspection - Cleaning & Testing safety components - Re-paint inside with factory high temp. paint - polish inside of glass and clean outside of glass - Clean valve tray assembly were valve controls are located.

Our Quality Guarantee
At Willamette Fireplaces we have a One (1) year warranty on all installations and extend warranty if annual service on a yearly bases is maintained. On service calls we do a Thirty (30) day warranty, which covers tech. missing loose wire or adjustment not completed at time of service. (This does not cover parts going bad after service call.)
